Thank you for asking. I sent your request for a Design Manager to get you information on this triple gable structure. They will contact you soon.
I would like more information on this structure, please.
Thank you for asking. Every kit is built by our company and ordering is so an option. We build and ship for free across the U.S.A.. Here is a comment someone sent to us on our Facebook page yesterday explaining his experience (And he also posted before and after pictures): "After having over a dozen local places try to tell me what I wanted wasn’t possible (basically they all claimed to be "custom" but turns out use pre-fab kits and install them... I did not want a post coming down in the middle of our patio), we had an amazingly capable, patient, engaged, can-do design experience with Tyler - precise dimensions and several iterations during patio construction... I was SO happy as every single joint in a complex puzzle came together perfectly, to the millimeter, after we installed that main support post in the middle of that stone column on install. No big deal to be an inch off if the support posts are terminating in the ground... this one had to attach to the house and then had to nail the mark on a single corner out on the patio column. I could tell it was a piece he was proud to create. I was nervous about working with a company on the other side of the country but SO glad we did. Customer service was also prompt in making it right when we were missing a part, including overnight shipping of a large item on the weekend and reimbursing me for installer downtime... More important to me that it was handled quickly and fairly than that the experience be perfect... everyone makes mistakes and this was a highly customized design. We love our one of a kind structure and it really frames in that fire pit/seating area in a way that receives constant compliments." - Josh Kaptur, Maryland, U.S.A.
Here is another 3rd-party review from a while ago: https://www.homeconstructionimprovement.com/outdoor-timber-pavilion-by-western-timber-frame/ . Todd Fratzel also just posted an updated picture yesterday of his ShadeScape® pavilion on our Facebook page and had this to say: "Still looking great after several years! We love our Western Timber Frame."
Lastly you might like hearing other people's experience. On this video if you start at the 8 minute mark there is the Mazzie family from New York who tell their experience ordering from so far away: https://youtu.be/3np2xmrBGPE . We have done many structures in Texas as well.
Hope that helps some. Have a wonderful evening, Michelle.

A Design Consultant will contact you to give you information on pricing. As a heads-up, in regards to pricing, each kit is custom and varies in size and dimensions and is designed to your exact specs, landscape, wood type, size, etc. Of the 1,000’s of kits we manufacture it is rare that any two are alike. We sell “kits” in the sense that they are pre-built, pre-tested, and pre-stained so they will easily slide in and interlock together with old-world, wood-to-wood connections —without the use of nails of glue; which virtually eliminating all unsightly hardware. For this reason every design is as unique as each individual’s landscape. Someone can have a 9’ x 19’ kit or it can be for example a 9′ 2 1/2″ x 10 3/4″ Kit —they are that precise in fitting it to your landscape, and vision.
Giving you pricing only takes a few minutes. They would have to ask you some questions about your home or landscape. They also work with you and with your HOA, if your interest goes further, etc. There is no pressure. They are very easy-going guys and are on the designing side of it. They just help to answer your questions you have. They can give you a quick, no-obligation quote usually in as little as 20 minutes. Have a wonderful day.- Marilynn
