Patio Before Pavilion Installation
Adding the Dragon Model to an arbor, cabana, gazebo, pavilion, pergola or ramada kit maximizes a family’s backyard living experience. The TimberVolt® Dragon #outdoorpower post is ideal for preventing water and debris from going down inside the post while protecting the wiring or water lines from being punctured from lags and hardware fasteners throughout the installation process. Provides excellent access to lights, fans, and other accessories.
The TimberVolt® Dragon Post is drilled to one outlet with USB, light-switch/fan and one GFCI outlet. The outlet is pre-wired and the post is outfitted with a male cord at the bottom and female cord at the top of the post. One light-switch and one outlet box cover are provided. It is also protected with GFI plugs for your safety and your equipment.
With the TimberVolt Dragon Series, it is simple to run and conceal tv, cat 5, power lines, water or misting lines through the center of the post. This eliminates unsightly and unsafe exposed wires and the need to trench for powers. It also reduces the cost of or even eliminates the need to hire an electrician contractor. The structure is ready to use the moment it installed with no need to wait for someone to wire it up.
Design Manager Darren Jenson arranged this Traditional Style Custom DIY Pavilion Kit with a roof size of 19’6″ x 17’8″ and a footprint (post-to-post) of 21’6″ X 19’8″. From the patio to the bottom of the beam is 9′. The knee braces are Classic style with Champion style beam and rafter profiles and finished in a Wild Olive stain.
